Board Development & Governance
Organizations and their board members are trained and educated to provide a framework that structures the board and how it operates. The purpose is to identify board responsibilities and organizational well-being. Our Board Governance Training has (4) sessions. Each session is one and half hours.
Innovative Strategy Sessions
Organizations will work with one of our Innovative Consultants to help identify elements to guide and assist the organization to achieve their goals. These sessions are offered in one hour or two hour increments. These sessions are also for organizations to get meaningful feedback and connect to resources that will compliment the development and growth of an organization.
Fundraising Development Plan
A document that organizes all of your fundraising activities over a certain period of time (typically 1-year). It includes campaign dates and strategies, donor-tracking plans, special event details, and a targeted communication schedule.
Organization Formation (State)
Registering organizations with the Secretary of State Office. Organization will also receive an Employee Identification Number (EIN). Will receive all state documentation within 24 hours of being filed (depending on Secretary of State Office). All filing fees are included in pricing.
Organization 501c3 Tax Exempt Status (Federal)
Nonprofit organization will be filed with the Internal Revenue Services for 501c3 Tax Exemption Status. Documentation will be sent directly to the Executive Director of the organization. All fees are included in pricing.
ORGANIZATION FILING BUNDLE (STATE & FEDERAL)
Get your organization established! Your nonprofit organization will be filed with the State of Secretary of State Office and with the Internal Revenue Services for 501c3 Tax Exemption Status. The organization will also receive an Employee Identification Number (EIN). All filing fees are included in pricing.
Program Logic Model
A top-level depiction of the flow of materials and processes to produce the results desired by the organization or program.
Program/Project Management
Developing concrete deliverables as efficiently as possible while focusing and maximizing benefits through short and long term objectives.
Strategic Planning
Organizational process to identify strategies that will advance the organization's mission and vision. The organization is actively engaged in the process to be committed to measurable goals and priorities.
Retainer
Ongoing contractual agreement. A dedicated set number of hours per month (set of hours are determined based on organization needs) to work towards business development, implementation, and sustainability strategies.
